Meal planning depends on some factors like meal times, the number of people eating, budget, special dietary concerns, recipes on hand, available foods, and likes and dislikes of everyone who will be eating. Plan ahead for substitutions either in the food preparation if one or more people have special needs, like diabetics or food substitution for those individuals.
