Cancer survival rates for Smokers
There is nothing wrong with smoking. People have all chances and all time to enjoy the taste of nice tobacco.
However, since smoking could lead to death with the presence of lung cancer, I think it is a good idea for you to know how much is your chance once this type of cancer inhabits your lung.
Several factors influence your cancer survival rates, it begins with the type of lung cancer, the level of cancer once it found, and your physical and mental condition deal with this cancer disease, all hold important factor to determine how much or how less is your survival chances will be.
Cancer survival rates are usually shown in terms of a five-year survival rate. In simple words, this percentage is used to measure your survival chances after your lung cancer first diagnosed.
According to lung cancer research, cancer survival rate is diverged by stage of your cancer:
-If you have lung cancer stage 0 your chance to survive is almost 100%, it is drop to 50% once your diagnosed is 5 years late.
-If you have lung cancer stage 2 your chance to survive is 20% this chance is fall up to 8% when you have cancer stage 3 and 2% if you have cancer stage 4 once all the stages is found under the 5 years diagnosed.
Sooner it found, easier it healed, and only that your cancer survival rates chances available.
I understand how hard is stop smoking, and I just hope in the future there will be better treatment to overcome this cancer. And if you keep smoking, my advice is only one, please stay away from people who is not smoking or do not like to have smokes around the air they breath.
Cancer lung is not only happening to people whom smoke but it also happens to people who “only inhale the smokes” they have higher risk of cancer lung from what you enjoy, so please be ware with it.
